Tempo
Pace, splits and a route you can follow without looking down. Built for the same four kilometres done three times a week rather than for a marathon dashboard.
FUTURE PULSE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is a software company in Singapore. Our applications are built around repetition — a run, a recording, a watering can — because software you open daily has to earn that place differently.
FUTURE PULSE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is a software company registered in Singapore, working from Peninsula Plaza on North Bridge Road. We are small by choice and structured around a single observation: an application somebody opens once is a very different object from one they open every morning.
Daily software is judged on the fourth hundredth use, not the first. It has to start instantly, survive a bad connection, stay legible one-handed on a train, and never make a person re-learn something they already knew last week. Those constraints shape almost every decision we make, and they rule out a lot of the things software is normally tempted to do.
So we measure ourselves on returns rather than installs, we ship smaller changes more often, and we leave features out until a real pattern of use asks for them. It is a slower way to build and a much easier one to defend.
Mobile applications built for daily return: cold starts measured in milliseconds, state that survives being killed in the background, and screens that work at arm's length in sunlight.
Deciding what a product should remember, what it should forget, and when it is allowed to interrupt someone. Most of our design arguments happen here.
Sync, storage, backup and release engineering. Modest, well-understood systems that behave predictably at seven in the morning when everybody opens the app at once.
Listings, translations, store policy and platform requirements across the markets we publish in, handled as part of the release rather than after it.

Hold a button, say the thing, and find it again later by searching the words you said. Meant for the notes you take standing up, between other tasks.
Watering and light reminders for the plants you own, adjusted to your climate and the season, so one forgotten fortnight does not cost you a windowsill.
Partnership, publishing, press, or a question about one of the applications. One address, read by the people who make the software.
